¶ 1 The Complainant, Oklahoma Bar Association (the Bar), filed a complaint against Garrett, Respondent, a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, pursuant to Rule 6, Rules Governing Disciplinary Proceedings, 5 O.S.2001, Ch. 1, App. 1-A.
