This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court for the county of Oakland, in chancery, dismissing a bill of complaint, order to show cause, and a restraining order. The matter was heard before the court upon motion for an order to show cause made by the plaintiff and a motion to dismiss the bill of complaint made by the defendants.
