The bill of complaint in this cause was filed by the trustee in bankruptcy for the purpose of recovering *62certain sums of money alleged to have been paid by the bankrupt to the defendant bank, a creditor, at various times within four months of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, when, it is alleged, the bankrupt was insolvent and known to be so by the defendant. The bill contained no allegations showing the need of an injunction, or of discovery, or of an accounting, or of specific performance, or of the need of the reformation or cancellation of a written instrument, nor did the prayer…
