The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendant’s postjudgment motions. The plaintiff also appeals from the decision of the trial court denying her motion to reargue. The plaintiff claims that the trial court (1) violated her due process rights by granting the defendant’s motions without holding an evidentiary hearing and (2) improperly modified the August 20,1996 dissolution judgment without finding a material change in circumstances since the prior order of the court or without finding that such modification was in the children’s best…
