The plaintiff, Steven Berglass, appeals from the trial court’s postjudgment orders rendered in this marriage dissolution action. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court (1) improperly modified the parties’ parenting plan by (a) ordering overnight visitation, (b) increasing evening visitation, (c) limiting the time period for the defendant to be drug tested and (d) eliminating the requirement that the parties submit to mediation prior to modification; (2) abused its discretion in denying his motion for authorization to obtain the defendant’s medical records; and (3)…
