The defendant appeals in a dissolution action from the trial court’s postjudgment order *466that real estate be sold by auction. The court issued the order in response to the plaintiff’s motion for an order to effectuate the sale of the jointly owned marital residence that had been ordered sold in the judgment of dissolution. The defendant claims that the trial court had no jurisdiction to entertain the plaintiff’s motion for order, and exceeded the limits of its equitable powers.
