CRAWFORD, Judge:

On mixed pleas, appellant was convicted of conspiracy to commit assault and battery, violation of a lawful general order, assault with a dangerous weapon, and communication of a threat, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 892, 928, and 934, respectively. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence of a bad-conduct discharge, 12 months’ confinement, forfeiture of $250 pay per month for 12 months, and reduction to pay grade E-l.
