GIERKE, Judge:
A general court-martial composed of officers convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of assault with a means likely to inflict grievous bodily harm (2 specifications), communicating a threat (4 specifications), assault consummated by a battery, adultery, and obstructing justice, in violation of Articles 128 and 134, . Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 928 and 934, respectively.
