CRAWFORD, Judge:

The accused was convicted by general court-martial of unlawful possession and use of ration cards and theft of three ration cards, in violation of Articles 92 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892 and 921, respectively. The accused moved to suppress the ration cards on the ground that they had been illegally seized. When this motion was denied, he entered conditional pleas of guilty to all Charges and specifications. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and reduction to E-1.
