This is an appeal by the defendants from a decree in favor of plaintiff, Annie E. Jones, wife of plaintiff, B. L. J ones, against one of the defendants, the Continental Mining Company awarding a personal judgment against the corporation for the balance of the purchase price of certain mining claims and declaring the amount of the judgment to be a vendor’s lien upon the property. There is also an appeal from the order denying defendants’ motion for a new trial.
