This case was decided by the district court of appeal and afterward an order for a rehearing was duly granted by this court. The suit was against the executor and executrix of the estate of W. H. Ash, the plaintiffs being Elizabeth Miller, and the three sons and sole heirs of her deceased brother Robert Read.
