These cases were tried together and the issues in them overlap. In each the decision was for the defendants and the plaintiff has appealed. In the first named the plaintiff sought a declaratory judgment with reference to the validity of a change in zoning affecting its property and, in the event that it should be held invalid, further relief. The facts necessary to be considered in deciding this case are not in dispute.
