This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in the defendant’s favor in an action to quiet title to certain lands lying along the estuary of San Antonio, which forms a portion of the southern boundary of the city of Oakland. The defendant, while admitting title in the plaintiff to said lands, claims a leasehold interest therein, which claim the trial court sustained.
