The plaintiffs in this putative class action (“Plaintiffs”) allege that the process by which the United States Census Bureau (“Census Bureau”) screens applicants for temporary jobs for the decennial census is racially discriminatory and therefore violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”).
