Eva Agerbrink, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated, brings this action against Model Service LLC (“MSA”) and Susan Levine. She seeks damages under the Federal Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and New York State statutory and common law for alleged violations arising out of her employment.
