Plaintiffs commenced this wage and hour putative class and collective action against Defendants PQ New York, Inc., PQ Operations, Inc., PQ 933 Broadway, Inc., PQ Central Park, Inc., and P.Q. Licensing S.A. (collectively, “Defendants”) alleging various violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (“FLSA”) and New York Labor Law, Art. 19 § 650 et seq. (“NYLL”).
