This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs and from an order denying the respective motions of defendants city of King and Edward A. Thompson, doing business as By-Chemical Products Company, for judgment in their favor notwithstanding the verdict of the jury against them. The action is one for wrongful death brought by the parents of a minor child who was drowned in a pool of water.
