Appellant Inter-Modal Rail Employees Association appeals from judgment on the pleadings entered for respondents The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company, In-Terminal Services, Inc., and Mi-Jack Products, Inc. After review, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
