This is an appeal from a personal injury judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff, the defendant in error in this court, against defendant, the plaintiff in error in this court. We will refer to the parties plaintiff and defendant as they appeared in the trial court.
Plaintiff alleged that she was injured in the course of her employment in taking inventory of the stock of merchandise in the drapery and upholstering department in defendant’s retail store.
