Plaintiff was employed by defendant as a waitress at defendant’s restaurant at 23rd and Western in the City of Oklahoma City. She went to work for the defendant about the second week in December, 1952. On the evening of January 12, 1953, she reported for duty at 5 :59. Her time to go to work was 6 P.M.
