THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Countrywide Home Loans Inc.’s Motion for Summary Final Judgment [DE 68]. This is a mortgage fraud action. Essentially, Plaintiff claims the Defendant fraudulently induced her to enter into a mortgage and then misled her about a loan modification. The Court has carefully reviewed the parties’ papers.
