THIS CAUSE is before the Court on the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint [DE-82]. The Court heard argument of counsel at a hearing held on August 8, 2012. Plaintiffs’ Second Amended Complaint arises out of the sale and management of timeshare vacation properties in Florida.
