Robert Crewe and Robert Maurice, the plaintiffs in this putative class action, bring various state law claims against corporate defendants Rich Dad Education, LLC (“RDE”), Rich Dad Operating Co., LLC (“RDO”), Rich Global, LLC (“RG”), Cash-flow Technologies, Inc., Tigrent Inc. (“IT”), Tigrent Learning Inc. (“TLI”), and Tigrent Brands Inc. (“TBI”), and individual defendants Robert Kiyosaki, Christopher Briggs, Scott Stewart, Marc Hrisko, Wayne Morgan, and John Does 1 through 50 (collectively, “defendants”).
