This is a case about a large, national company that, when faced with the fallout of the economic crash of 2008, commenced a reduction in force. Dozens of employees were fired. A climate of distrust began to permeate the corporate culture. This distrust soon grew into actionable suspicions *1357of a salesman in the Miami office.
