PELLEGRINO, J.
The plaintiff, the Connecticut Education Association, Inc., appeals from the judgment, rendered after a trial to the court, in favor of the defendant Sorokin, Gross & Hyde, P.C., a Connecticut law firm. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly (1) found that there was no contract between the parties as alleged in the complaint and (2) determined that part of the complaint sounded in tort, rather than contract. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
