OPINION
DAVIE L. WILSON, Justice (Retired).
After the trial court denied his pretrial motion to suppress evidence, Jason Ked-rick Sims, appellant, pleaded no contest to possession of marihuana in a useable quantity of less than two ounces. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at 30 days in jail. In one point of error, appellant argues the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.
