Wick, and the insurance carrier, the Fidelity & Deposit Insurance Company •of Maryland, seek review of a decision of the State Industrial Commission awarding compensation to claimant, Charles D. Gunn, for injuries sustained during the course of' his employment by the respondent; it 'being urged that the award should not have been made because the facts show that, claimant failed to use a safety appliance provided, which would have prevented the injurv.
