I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, Rollin Amore, is the co-administrator 1 of the estates of his mother and brother, Susanne and Salvatore Michael Amore, respectively. He brings a survival action to recover for the pain and suffering that his family members experienced prior to their deaths in a train fire in France.
