This case presents the issue whether Oregon statutes require that a notice of appeal be filed within 30 days after entry in the trial court register of an appealable judgment entered pursuant to ORS 19.033(4),1 before the Court of Appeals has jurisdiction to decide the merits of the appeal. We hold that the statutes do not require that a notice of appeal be filed within 30 days after the entry of such an appealable judgment for the Court of Appeals to have jurisdiction to decide the merits of the appeal.
