Daryl H. Bunkley, a Connecticut state prisoner, appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (José A. Cabranes, Circuit Judge, sitting by designation), granting summary judgment to respondent, Larry R. Meachum, Commissioner of Correction for the State of Connecticut, on Bunkley’s petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
