This is a petition for habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 brought by New York State prisoner Raheim Williams (the “petitioner”). After a jury trial, the petitioner was convicted of six counts of Robbery in the First Degree and sentenced as a second felony offender to six concurrent determinate prison terms of twenty years and five years of post-release supervision.
