This is a lawyer discipline ease. A hearing panel of the supreme court grievance committee approved the findings and recommendation of a hearing board that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for three years and be required to make certain restitution as a condition for reinstatement. We issued an order to show cause why more severe discipline should not be imposed.
