SANCTION IMPOSED: ATTORNEY SUSPENDED - TWO (2) YEARS

This consolidated disciplinary matter was heard on April 8 and 9, 1999 before the Presiding Disciplinary Judge ("PDJ") and two hearing board members, J.D. Snodgrass and Laird T. Milburn, both members of the Bar. Assistant Regulation Counsel Deborah A. Elsas represented the People of the State of Colorado ("the People") and Daniel J.
