VANCE, Circuit Judge:
This case comes to us on the National Labor Relations Board’s petition to enforce its order issued against Fabsteel Company of Louisiana (Fabsteel) on September 12, 1977. 1
The Board found that by virtue of its purchase of the Shreveport plant of Mosher Steel Company (Mosher), Fabsteel was a successor to Mosher with certain obligations under the National Labor Relations Act. The Board found that Fabsteel had violated Section 8(a)(3) and (1) of the Act by refusing to fulfill its obligation to remedy Mosher’s unfair labor practices.
