POPOVICH, Judge:

Once again, this Court is confronted with a recurring issue of far-reaching importance, to wit, whether a physician may be held liable for the actions of his patient, which resulted in injury to third party victims. Here, we are not presented squarely with a “duty to warn” situation. Rather, we must decide if a cause of action may be sustained against a doctor where the doctor failed to monitor his patient’s conduct.
