Defendant-Appellant and Cross-Appellee Scovill, Inc. (Scovill) appeals and PlaintiffsAppellees and Cross-Appellants Robert Merkel, Michael Cain and Jacob Hughes cross-appeal from a judgment entered by the district court for plaintiffs in these consolidated actions brought pursuant to the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and under the laws of Ohio.
