This case is before the Court upon defendant Anacomp’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff Proffitt contends that she was discharged due to sex and age discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (ADEA), and Ohio Rev.Code § 4112.99.
