This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court, Purtill, J., granting the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The underlying action involves a negligence claim brought by an employee of a subcontractor against the general contractor for injuries claimed to have been sustained at a job site under the control of the general contractor.
