OPINION

PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

This employment discrimination case is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs motion to strike. After careful consideration of the parties’ papers, the attached exhibits, the relevant statutes and the case law, the Court will grant defendant’s motion in part and deny it in part, and the Court will deny plaintiff’s motion as moot. 2
