1Per curiam
This action was brought by Julia Hagens, hereinafter called plaintiff, to recover from the defendant, Big Four Foundry Company, in damages to real property for which she sought $3,000 and for personal annoyance and inconvenience for which she sought $3,000. A trial to the jury resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $250 for damages under her second cause of action and a denial of any recovery on her first cause of action. The trial court entered judgment upon the verdict, and defendant appeals.
