TERRY, Associate Judge:
Respondent, James W. Robertson, is a member of the bar of this court. In June 1991 a three-judge panel of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia unanimously ruled that on December 11, 1989, Robertson had violated this court’s Disciplinary Rule (“DR”) 1-102(A)(4).1 After the filing of further pleadings, the same panel suspended for six months Robertson’s privilege of applying for admission to the bar of the United States District Court or for permission to appear in that court pro hac vice.
