Plaintiffs appeal from orders sustaining a demurrer without leave to amend to their complaint and dismissing this action as to defendant Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company. a cor poration, hereinafter referred to as “Pacific.” This appeal lies from, the order of dismissal.
