The plaintiff-appellant, Ronald J. Klein, appeals from the judgment of the court of common pleas upholding the decision of the Hamilton County Board of Zoning Appeals to deny him a variance. Klein owns one unit of a four-unit condominium in Sycamore Township in an area zoned as a “D” residence district. Although the regulations for such a district permit a variety of different uses, including “home occupation,” they do not permit Klein to operate, as he does, a nonresidential insurance office.
