OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, John Meyers, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the order of appellee Columbus City Civil Service Commission ("commission") that upheld the decision of appellee, City of Columbus, Division of Police ("division") to terminate appellant's employment with the division. Because (1) the trial court did not err in finding good cause existed for appellant's termination, and (2) the record discloses no due process or equal protection violations, we affirm.
