This action concerns the liability of the City of Seattle and Cordes Towing Service, Inc., for taking and holding a truck and tractor owned by Merle L. Stein-man, d/b/a Aimer Construction Company. Trial to the court with a jury resulted in a verdict in favor of Steinman against the City and Cordes of $53,800 and in favor of Cordes against the City of $2,800.
