By this action, respondent, Robert D. Bohnsack, sought to recover for damages allegedly sus tained by him as the result of the collision between the automobile he was driving and an automobile driven by appellant Ralph E. Kirkham. Appellant Ralph E. Kirkham will be hereafter referred to as if he were the sole appellant. In his complaint, respondent alleged that appellant was negligent in the following particulars:(a) In failing to yield right-of-way to plaintiffs;(b) In failing to slow and wait for plaintiffs to pass before turning left in front of plaintiffs’ vehicle:(c) In turning left…
