KING, Senior Judge:

On May 11, 2011, a jury found appellant Tavon E. Vines guilty of eight separate charges, including one count of robbery,1 two counts of malicious destruction of property,2 and one count of simple assault.3 On appeal from those convictions, Vines argues: (1) the trial court erred by allowing the joinder of all charges against him in a single trial; (2) his two convictions for malicious destruction of property merged under the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution; and (3) the evidence at trial was insufficient to convict him of…
