MEMORANDUM OPINION

COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Presently before the Court are Defendant Tarik Butler’s [31] Revised Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence, and Mr. Butler’s [33] Supplemental Motion to Vacate Judgment Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
