Presently before the Court are Defendant Donald Earl Taylor’s [23] Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence, and Mr. Taylor’s [26] Supplemental Motion to Vacate Judgment Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.
