Dean Pollard, Terry Pollard and Tyrone Pollard, as co-partners doing business as Pollard Oil Company (hereinafter referred to as respondent), instituted this action against Land West, Inc., a corporation, Reed J. Bowen, Grant R. Bowen, Bob Ray Duncombe, and Delores J.
